SisalFunClub

Our goal: launching SisalFunClub’s app and engaging the community of players with a 360° approach.

Introduction

We launched the new app of the entertainment platform SisalFunClub developing creative and engaging contents on social platforms. We create social contents for Facebook and Instagram and manage the community through a social care approach.

The project

Creativity, listening and data-driven approach.
The SisalFunClub’s app is meant to offer the users moments of pure leisure and relaxation in their daily routine. Therefore, we developed the concept, the TOV and the social media contents with an engaging and entertaining approach. Our strategy is data-driven: combining social listening tools and a human-centered approach, we identified the right audience and the guidelines to develop creatives outputs. We use the same approach to create contents and new activities.

Community and proximity: between listening and engagement.
Our social care program is meant to enhance the perception of proximity between the brand and its users. We manage and report any interaction received, constantly monitoring the sentiment of the users towards the gaming platform. This allows us to achieve a true representation of the brand’s image and to maintain an extremely high level of reactivity in crisis scenarios that require prompt management.
