Bebit wins the management of Guinness's social media identity.

Bebit, a company of the Libera Brand Building Group, will be responsible for managing Guinness's Facebook channel.

"This acquisition," comments Roberto Botto, CEO of Bebit, "is important for two reasons: on the one hand, it gives us the great opportunity to work for a lovebrand, which represents an authentic point of reference for the beverage market; on the other hand, it allows us to enhance and develop Guinness's social identity. Bebit's activity aims precisely at this objective: to allow the brand to communicate in an innovative way. And more and more closely with the target audience".

"On Guinness's Facebook page, we have introduced the brand into a new creative line, which enhances the taste of the product and the lifestyle to which the brand refers with an ironic and entertaining tone of voice," adds Christian Popodi (Bebit's creative director). "An example of this is the 'Get Stained with Guinness' initiative, an action with which we involved the fanbase in a totalizing experience, transforming it into testimonials and spokespersons for the brand's values."

"On March 17th, on the occasion of St. Patrick's Day," continues Stefania Nasso, business manager / CRM specialist of the group, "the 'Stain' involved the fanbase to such an extent that it created a small movement on the net, linked to the hashtags #Guinnesstache and #sbaffo. The results in terms of engagement were achieved in an optimal way and, overall, the posts related to the initiative reached 1,720,674 people, 38,159 reactions (likes, comments, shares) and 282 'stains' shared by users on Facebook".

"The tendency of brands to request a type of communication that is increasingly cross-media and close to the target in the day-by-day, as well as in special events," concludes Roberto Botto, "represents for our Group a great stimulus and an exceptional opportunity for growth".
