Libera Brand Building Group is in charge of Adecco's Branded Content for the Tecnicamente project.
Bebit, the digital creative company of the Libera Brand Building Group, conceived and produced the videos that tell the story of "TecnicaMente," the project that Adecco is addressing to Italian professional institutes.
"Working with Adecco - says Roberto Botto, CEO&Founder of Libera Brand Building Group - is always very stimulating because it allows us to apply our creative strategy to the world of work. In this case, we have dealt with the creation of branded content, aimed at high school students".
“TecnicaMente” is a program that creates opportunities for discussion between final-year students and local businesses. The students are challenged to create a project related to their course of studies and the company's business activities. A jury awards the best results and selects the students who will immediately join the company for an internship. "For the conception of this branded content," continues Roberto Botto, "we conducted in-depth research on the target audience, then selected two influencers to entrust the face of the operation: Rulof, a leading YouTuber in the home-making sector. And Giulia Penna, singer, actress, with a huge following in the social media world. Once the two best profiles were identified, we literally put them into action aboard a "TecnicaMente" branded camper. And in five episodes of a web series with a modern graphic and linguistic mood, we told the story of five projects in vocational schools: interviewing students, teachers, tutors and representatives of the companies involved. The result is an encouraging cross-section: the enthusiasm of the students combined with the know-how of expert technicians generates excellent results. Which are an inspiration for other students and for other companies that intend to focus on young people."
