Introduction
Falck Renewable Next Solutions is a company of the Falck group that works alongside producers and consumers by offering solutions along the entire energy supply chain.
The project
To increase contact requests from potential customers and promote new services, a SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategy was created, aimed at increasing the volume of target users on the website. Starting from selected keywords, and from a study of the competitive scenario, we took advantage of the Google AdWords circuit, with dedicated Pay Per Click campaigns, on the Search and Display networks. To complete the marketing mix, the social channel was used, through campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to intercept the latent demand among users and re-engage the targets that proved to be more reactive.
In-depth
The campaigns, with different objectives and purposes, have been structured so as to always have the budget and conversion KPIs under control. The detailed reporting, shared with the customer, has allowed a continuous improvement of the acuity rates and the number of leads.
SEM activities have made it possible to obtain a 27.8% increase in leads, by filling in and sending information request forms. In addition, the objectives of increasing brand awareness and monitoring the brand with respect to competitors were also achieved.
